Boiling Springs vs Dutch Fork

Post by DFOLDMAN »

BS crushed Dorman. Look like a good team. Excellent QB and a good defense. BS throws the ball more than runs it. About 3 to 1 passing yards in their total offense. Defense looks good as well. DF defensive line has a good pass rush, LBs play the pass well, and the DF secondary with Elgin Sessions and Malo Smith are one of the best. DF offense is steady and can move the ball running and passing. The teams are familiar with one another- met last season in the playoffs. Hope the Foxes come ready to play. Have to wait and see what happens.

Solid team..would probably take some turn overs and calls go their way to win..

They're decent in my opinion, but the offensive line is below average, they will not be able to block the front 7 of Dutch Fork.

Dutch Fork will beat them by 40 plus. Another running clock for the fighting TK's.

BS looks good this season. I agree that when a team plays DF they need a good OL but also a deep OL that can give them a breather especially in the second half. DF DL is really good but also there is depth. They rotate in 7 or 8 DL most games- also the LBs will blitz periodically- QB needs to keep his head on a swivel.

Offense is steady- Offing gets better each week- and Anderson and Shine are both good RBs. Depth at receiver and TE makes for good targets. OL is deep as well and that helps as the game moves along. I hope DF comes ready to play Friday.

This is one of the oldest saying in sports but this is very true about B.S it all depends which team shows up! They have a very overall solid team! Very good defense. offense has some weapons especially QB! OL is the weak link which could make for a long night Friday , but I think it could be a much better game than last year!

The offensive line is probably the worst "weak link" to have against the Silver Foxes. The DF DL makes life rough enough on an offense even with a good O line. Still, should be a good game Friday. DF needs to show up and not be rusty. Huskey is an outstanding QB. Good team there at Boiling Springs.

To this point nobody has been able to block DF. Don’t see BS being able to either. Reel has done a great job at BS, but DF is a different animal

Dutch Fork by 40+ it will be close for the 1st qtr and then the silver foxes will settle down and will roll from there the only way BS wins this game is if they can force turnovers and can get DF playing behind the sticks all night long

42-14 DF. BS scored their second TD with about 7 seconds left in the game. Huskey is a good QB. DF was balanced on offense and stingy on defense. Normal game for DF
River Bluff is up next.
