Any truth to Amsey Miller leaving Emerald and coming back to Greenwood as an assistant?

Really not sure why he stayed at Emerald for so long.

I can't confirm if that's true or not. I sure hope it is!

Sparky is going to pick the best candidate of the coaches that applied. When Dan Pippin was selected we didn't have football people making the decisions. We do now. We have nothing to worry about.
Shell Dula who was in charge of the hiring of Dan Pippin was not a Football person, that’s funny!!

I was referring to the principal and athletic director. The principal at the time was not a football person. And we didn't have an AD because he was the football coach who resigned. If Dula was the only one that was in charge of the hiring, that's one person. Now we have multiple people. Sometimes you need more input is all I'm saying. I didn't say anything about Shell Dula not being a football person. That's what you said.

I knew it wouldn't be long until you arrived. A good salesperson can convince you to buy. Pippin was a good one and was very convincing. Had me convinced we'd be running 60/40 run pass. Didn't happen. More like 90/10 run pass from the spread. I'm sure he interviewed well to beat out coaches who have won titles like Nickles and Phil Strickland.

   This season, it felt like it was 100% run each game. Pippin is the only coach I know who runs heavily out of the spread.

It felt like it at times. It was way too much for sure. Everyone knew exactly what was coming and who was getting the ball this past season. Could hear opposing coaches calling it out before the snap.

Lol. That's funny, but that's exactly what you heard Scott Earley yelling across the field. I was hot!!!. So predictable.
