The question I have is why was Stackley on committee? No affiliation with Summerville. Who puts a former rival coach on your committee?

A former stratford player principle maybe?
This is a big joke man.they know you have to have the pay in range of other schools.
Im not so sure they havent tried to sabotage yhe whole thing on purpose . After decades of hate .they want the beast to go away .

This is one of the most perplexing things i have seen.

Heard 4 to 6 Coaches were let go and reassigned the other day. All of them with high years of experience not only in Summerville but in coaching in general. Heard there is now only one coach who has been there 20+ years on the staff from now. Alot of people wanted this to happen so we will see how it works. Sometimes experience is a good thing. Hope Joe isn't surrounding himself with YES Men. If getting rid of these coaches doesn't help him win next year then 3 years is the MAX before they run him off.

I've heard the #'s have been huge for workouts this week after the changes. The first day somewhere around 90, day two 138 kids. A lot of enthusiasm and a lot of energy by the coaching staff. I haven't seen it myself but have heard from several guys that have been there because of their boys. Even heard the few remaining coaches from the previous staff look to have an whole new outlook on things! This new energy could go away you never know, but I'm glad to hear things look to be on the rise!

I believe the changes will be a good thing. If you kept all of Coach's assistants, it's like he's still there. If the fans wanted a change, there's got to be some changes made besides the HC.

True .i aint going to gripe anymore about it.
I wasnt happy with the set up of selection.
