@DF HS RECRUITING…

I don't think DF is recruiting. The kid would get plenty of D1 attention playing at St. Aquinas. But if his family is relocating to the Columbia area, why not look for homes in the DF attendance zone? Do you expect him to be enrolling at CA Johnson, just because his dad found a real bargain on a house?

I just thought it looked funny..

The DF program and Tommy in particular recruit themselves ,just as Gaffney’s does..Byrnes and Slick Bob used to do it..

I think it’s more the players themselves doing the recruiting on twitter and Instagram apps..Not the coaches.

Never seen so many transfer to Gaffney in one year..I guess the new staff has a lot to do with it..The ones coming back across the River from Blacksburg I think just went there to get a year of playing time..that’s just my thought and not a bad idea..

I agree. With Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, ect... these kids are more interconnected than they have ever been. Here in Florence, our kids all played rec sports together; they all know each other, and follow each other online.
