2025 Schedules

Fort Dorchester has posted a complete non-region schedule, and there are some significant changes:
Hilton Head replaces Beaufort
Academic Magnet replaces Goose Creek
North Charleston replaces Stratford
Waccamaw replaces South Florence
White Knoll is still on their schedule

I think that South Florence may be looking for 1, maybe 2, non-region opponents.

Funny, most contracts are HOME and HOME meaning each team gets a game at home during the two game contract. I can't imagine that all of those schools would sign a one year contract knowing that it would be very hard to find an opponent due to most schools having two year contracts.... I agree that something is amiss!

Curious to see the 2025 schedules. I believe DF has the same schedule as last year with the sites reversed. They have a jamboree scrimmage with the store-bought Injuns in the pre-season and a scrimmage with Blythewood I believe but have not seen much more than that. I know last season they scrimmaged Hartsville, Byrnes and Greenville, I think. Looking forward to seeing what's in store this season.

Last season champions were Abbeville, Clinton, Oceanside, South Florence, NW and DF- would be smart picks for this season but teams like Dillon, Gaffney, Spartanburg, and Summerville have other plans I suspect.

I think something odd is going on. Looking at MaxPreps schedules, only one of our 2024 non-region games has been posted for this year, and for some reason Summerville will again be an away game for us. I checked the posted schedules of our other 2024 non-region opponents:

West Florence has not posted a complete non-region schedule, but the two games they have posted are the same as last year. I am sure that FSD1 will ensure that SF vs WF will happen.

Northwestern replaced Hough with Spartanburg. Ridge View and South Pointe are again on their posted non-region schedule, but South Florence is not.

Maxpreps has this info wrong. Beaufort is opening up the 2025 football season against Fort Dorchester at Home on August 22nd.

BEF, I think you might be right. MaxPreps is GIGO, Garbage in, garbage out. If someone enters a game wrong, the error shows up on both teams' schedules.

It is last year's schedule flipped home/away, except for Summerville. For some reason we are traveling to their place again, leaving us with only 4 home games.
