Now that football has landed their man in Coach Wofford they are on to finding the right leader for the baseball program. Coach Walters set the bar high as was the case in football. Who are the best baseball guys who could take that program over and build on previous success?

I remember years ago when Jeff Osment whined and cried as coach of Gaffney Post 109 American Legion to the umpires to get a game he was losing to Spartanburg Post 28 stopped for a little bit of rain before it became official. He managed to get it stopped, but then Spartanburg won both games of a doubleheader later on. Why a crybaby! The Spartanburg Coach Tim Wallace was disgusted, as he should have been!
