Darlington wins their appeal and moves from 4A-6 to 3A-6. Maps have been updated.

My goodness, Sumter is going to have to put in some miles. Won't be too horrible during football season; but those middle of the week games in other sports will get tough.
No other choice really though. Sumter is what a shade under 2 hours away from the beach?

Yes. 1:35 to Conway. Socastee and St. James are right at 2 hours.
It's Horry County's fault. If they shifted some students from Carolina Forest to MB and NMB they could have a 6 school region in 5A.

CE Murray is being closed and merged with Kingstree. The 1A map has been updated.
