He passed away from complications from a seizure, such a tragedy!

One of the best to ever wear Green and White. Loved to watch him run at Easley and Clemson.

My heart goes out to the Clemson and Easley communities. Just a sad and tragic story. Didn't even make it to his mid 20's.

The young man had 170 plus rushing yards against Greenwood's 2012 Gene Cathcart led undefeated state title team. That says it all about type of player he was. Rest in peace CJ Fuller.
