3A Playoff Point System

I'm trying to finalize the 3A section of the magic spreadsheet.

I've read through the applicable sections of the 3A Handbook, but can y'all confirm that there is only one mark-off game in 3A?

The Handbook says there's only one, but then in the tie-breaker section it mentions multiple mark-offs, but it's in the context of teams that have played a different number of games. (Do any 3A teams play more than 10 regular games?)
